Exchanges & Refunds

At Snuggly Beatz, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Below are the details of our exchange and refund policies.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for customers looking to switch to a different model. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Exchanges are available only when switching to a different model.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Costs for Exchanges:

Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

If the new model is of higher value, customers are responsible for paying the price difference at the time of exchange.

Exchange Process:

Contact us at snugglybeatzhelp@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the original product and, if applicable, payment details for any price difference.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll ship your new model.

Refunds

We want you to love your Snuggly Beatz purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, refunds may be available under the following terms:

Conditions for Refund:

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are not available for products damaged due to misuse.

If an exchange is offered as a resolution and declined, additional processing fees will apply (see below).

Fees for Refunds:

A 10% warehouse processing fee (based on the original order value) is required to cover restocking and handling.

Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for returning the product. If shipping was not charged on the original order, this fee will still apply for refunds.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect shipment), we’ll cover shipping costs, and no warehouse fee will apply.

Refund Process:

Email us at snugglybeatzhelp@gmail.com to start the refund process.

We may offer a replacement or exchange as a first step to resolve your concern.

If you opt for a refund instead, return instructions will be provided. Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds, minus applicable fees, will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout for a small fee. This covers lost or damaged items during transit.

If shipping protection is purchased and an item is lost or damaged, we’ll replace it at no additional cost (subject to verification).

If shipping protection is not purchased and an item is lost or damaged:

10% order value feecost of shipping protection to process a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 6 hours of placement.

After 6 hours, cancellations are no longer eligible, and the refund process (including fees) applies if you wish to return the product.
